Completed Retake campaign: Turn it on/Turn it off for Bioware

I just cant get why the admins on the Retake Mass Effect FB page dont react. I thought the person in charge there was just gone for a few days but has been back already? Or am I mistaken here?

I posted again on the main Retake FB page and asked if they could try to keep this posting up high. Also, I contacted the German Retake Movement on FB. There are others for Russia, Brazil, Hungary, etc as well.

If any of you speaks their language, it would be awesome to post there.

Ok, screw that, we cant wait until we find native speakers for every country. I now posted on all of the Retake Forums there are on Facebook. Russia, Netherlands, Hungary, Czech Republik, China, Italy, etc. - in English. If there are any native speakers, please feel free to do that too .

Shinobu - So, people on the FB page are suggesting changing the hashtags from #TurnMEon / #TurnMEoff to #TurnOnME and #TurnOffME, because #TurnMEon is already a hashtag and can be read...wrong. Lol. I think this would probably be a wise move. What say you?

I was going to suggest #TurnME3On / #TurnME3Off for the same reason, but as long as it's something less ambiguous it's all gold I say.

Question: For Sunday is it just ME3 turned off (and related IOS apps) or anything connected to Origin? Want to know if playing ME2 will fubar this.

I'd suggest all Origin-linked games. I hear Guild Wars 2 is having a beta weekend, though I'm not sure it's open to the public. ME1 doesn't upload data, does it?

I'm twitter illiterate, but it seems #turnMEon is the hashtag for a Niki Minaj song? I will bow to whatever you and kihten decide, but I feel that a lot of people have already been using it and to change it now will just create confusion. Not everyone is checking the FB site repeatedly for updates, so a sudden change won't reach everyone and it will end up a bit of a cluster. Probably Bioware will still get the message, though. What do you think kihten? I learned from the Grey podcast yesterday that you're a Twitter expert, so tell us what you think is best.

Also, should we be giving out specific "addresses" to tweet to, like "@EA, @Bioware @masseffect

I will update the Bioware thread with whatever you decide.

I think causing some confusion amongst Nicki Minaji fans could be fun but I think both hashtags work just fine. Just my opinion, though.
