question to those that participated in overwatch..

    Alright, so I participated in the most recent multiplayer challenge, operation overwatch, where you have to extract at least 1 N7 character to fulfill the squad mission, and 800,000 characters period to fulfill the allied mission..so we did that, but, yesterday, I was able to redeem a victory pack, yet, no commendation pack..

    And I'm *positive* that we extracted an N7..

    So, my question is, anyone else fulfill the goals, yet get no commendation pack, or no packs at all?

    I don't really care, it's just something that bugs me..

    You know, like you complete a goal, and you want your prize damn it, doesn't matter about the game really, you want what you earned..

    Was this console or pc because I got both a commendation and a victory pack.

    Well, I know when we have that kind of hiccup, I had to deal with Origin Live-chat. I can personally tell you that I was really tempted to just say something stupid but in the end, I got that problem fixed. As far as the 360 is concerned, I don't remember how that is handled besides via Microsoft. I would possibly suggest contacting Microsoft Customer Support if you don't find anything, considering that Xbox Live is who handles most of the online transactions. Meantime, I'll take a break from this article to go search and help you out.

    Well, it's night where I am anyway..I'll give it a couple days, and see if anyone else is having issues too.

    This seems to be a recurring problem, every month a section of players don't get their packs, its happened to me on 2 occassions now, according to BSN all packs have been distributed so if you haven't got yours yet i recommend contacting EA live support. As it is a recurring problem its usually sorted in under 2 mins (once you actually get through to a live operator) its just about the only thing EA support is any good for :)

    Not the only thing, also sorting out similar problems with purchases done via Origin Store =) Also had similar issues with unlocks in Battlefield games. Also-- Well, let's just say that these are about the only people in EA that actually work for the money they get paid.

    I had this happen once. I used Origin live chat. I didn't really want to download Origin on my PC, but it ended up being really easy. It took about a minute or less for them to resolve the issue. I also play on the 360, so I can vouch for this solution.

    It happened to me twice back on the time I played ME3 MP....
    But in both it was too late to I even care.

    P.S.: they were the one where you had to estract a team with at least one of the new classes, in which I extracted a Male Quarian in Silver, and then the one with there must be an extraction of team made only of savages, where 3 krogan and a Batarian finished the reactor map.

    first thing to check before checking in with CS is your EA gameplay feedback is turned on under the game menu. my first mistake for the 1st operation.

    Since the operationw as a success, we should get 2 packs, right? I got only one. How do they handle complaints? Do they check whether you are eligible for a reward, or is it enough to complain?


    Sufficent to say, i would be carefull when purchasing games via origion. it happend that EA charged you money, and failed to aknowledge your purchase.

    My story:
    EA support: I dont see any purchase on your account.
    ME: But EA charged me already for the game.
    EA: You should undo your transaction. Also here is a code for your trouble. Sadly its only working for older games, but that i will tell you when you call again. ;)

    If you completed your personal goal AND the operation was a success, you get two packs, yes. If you did the goal, but the op failed, you get one pack; if you didn't meet the goal but the op succeeded, you get one pack. This is how it has always been.

    If you think you deserve two and got one or got none, go to the EA support chat and hammer on them till you get it. Usually doesn't take more than a few minutes.
