    Thanks for writing this powerful mission statement.

    Since EA is the top game publisher in Western markets, it is important that we let them know that they need to spend less on marketing and give more money to their development studios, like BioWare, so they can have the resources to produce high quality games. From the first few minutes of gameplay in Mass Effect 3, I started to notice problems that were a clear indication of an incomplete game. The lack of a button to holster your weapon was the first flaw I noticed, but definitely not the last. The ending of Mass Effect 3 is the worst I've seen in 15 years of gaming.

    Web sites like this are essential to help the gaming community share their thoughts, and provide a great opportunity for existing and new companies in the gaming industry to learn from past mistakes. We as a community can help increase awareness of important issues; this will help companies that truly care about their customers to rise to the top and give us better interactive entertainment experiences in the future.

    It's about time someone took the bulls by the horns and stopped giving in to whatever the gaming industry does.

    "But, it's just a game."

    Well, it's "just" a product.

    Employing false advertising, and shitting on your customers by saying you're "listening" while all you do is talk to them and not with them, should never be the way to go.

    No matter what small or large the product sold is.
    If it's a product you paid for - then you have consumer rights.

    Express your consumer rights, always. And if you've forgotten you have them, get your head out of your ass fast, and then express them. Air smells nicer outside your ass too.

    All I can say is yes please. This is definitely needed right now in the gaming industry more than the devs or companies realize. They need to learn to engage fans. Take feedback, and build with those fans in mind. Which for the most part is something that we currently dont have in the gaming industry.

    It wasn't untill I discovered that Hold The Wallet existed and got closed down that I got the last push to Hold The Line. A quick google brought me here, and after your mission statement I couldn't be more proud to hold the line with all of you!
