I sure am its getting really sickening listen to them bitch at ya for having a different opinion and seeing their Shep deserves better fans banners and hearing them go on about how EC is god, and just today I made a troll post on the BSN with a bit of a serious point for DLC to bait Pro Enders and see how they react and the venom they give is just wow. Ps I'm very happy to be part of the forum and I hope to get along with ya'll and please give your views.

Call me paranoid but who makes an account just to come on here and tell us how he attempted to troll people? If you're looking for something productive to do write up a logical argument and post it. You'll more than likely get the same result but with the knowledge you at least tried to be intelligent about it.

I'm saying that its getting really bad on the BSN with the pro enders and I made that topic to show that if ya say anything bad about ME3 they will jump on ya I'm sorry this seems like what ya were saying that wasn't the intent.

But I will write up something more intelligent.

This will probably be a never-ending battle. One that I am not taking part in. I hate the endings, the EC was 1% deeper than my imagination and it will be difficult for me to ever pop in ME3 again. In fact, if I delete the EC and ME3 becomes literally unplayable (which has happened when I deleted DLC for Origins and ME2) then I will probably sell the damn thing and forget it ever existed.
I'm happy for pro-enders, but I think the 'Shep deserves better fans' is a bit stupid. We do not share the same Shepard, even if we were unable to customize our Sheps, our decisions would still be different.

Well I don't get on there anyway, but here's some advice: just ignore the pro-enders or whatever they say. But I'm not saying that we should leave BSN alone, as we should maintain some sort of presence on there to keep up with what's going on over there.

You had to know that EC, however mediocre or bad, was going to increase the size of the pro-ender crowd. Besides, if the rumors about John Riccitiello being ousted are true, we've already won about as much as we possibly could.

I'm no pro-ender myself, but seeing satanic johnny go is good enough for me.

true but I'm really sick of how that's ok for them to suck Bioware's wank yet when others like me and etc... they can't take legit criticism at all.

I agree, you can argue with them all you want, and yet they refuse to believe what you say.

This is not all that true actually, the "Demand a better end" Facebook group started to slowly dwindle only for it to bounce back and regain the numbers. If the EC did anything it coaxed some sheep back into the flock while shattering any illusion some had that BioWare gave a damn about its nonsensical ending. Some ground was lost while some was gained. BioWare managed to "win over" a few more sellout websites with this new DLC but if you look around here or the "Demand a better end" Facebook page you'll see plenty of people who still say that they are done with BioWare altogether until they make it clear that they got their shit together.

I don't begrudge them their opinion; I think they're wrong, but to each his own, I guess.

What DOES frustrate me, though, is how the 14 really vocal people who did like the ending seem to have convinced Bioware (or helped them convince themselves) that their ending was good and that most people were begging them to keep it the same. It probably made it easier for them to dismiss those of us who thought the ending was objectively bad as a bunch of whiny, entitled malcontents, or worse yet as blithering imbeciles who don't "get" their "art." Damn shame, that.

What makes me really pissed is that they asked what type of single player DLC we want that was one dick move.

Well I don't know about the banners and all that but I think there are a lot more people willing to accept the EC than you think. Personally I rather liked the EC, my only complaint being that there was no party reunion even though the EC sort of implied it would happen. Yeah yeah, the normandy landing for evac under a reaper's nose leaves a lot of questions but frankly I don't care about that....compared to the gaps and flaws that the original ending had this is nothing. As for being treated less than pleasantly....that's what you get for trolling, that bit is your own fault.

I do agree that it's a bit naive to think EA (notice I said EA and not BW) caved into us when the EC has clear signs of being rushed and unfinished. But what are you gonna do?

For the record, I'm with ya. EC is better, but not by much, and the refuse ending was an inexcusable middle finger at us fans. Just saying that of course, some people were going to buy into the EC hook line and sinker. And yes, that sucks, but that's how it is.

But EA is hurting badly enough that I wouldn't worry too much about it.

You obviously don't know who I am in terms of "not worrying about it." I do worry about this, more than any sane person should. I don't know if I would even agree that the EC was better at all honestly. As I've said to many others in the past the EC is a travesty in its own right. It created more problems than it solved for fans like myself who were more concerned about understating the fucking nonsensical ending rather than Asari daughters. Some apparently only needed the slimmest emotional satisfaction to throw up their hands screaming that ME3 was a masterpiece while others like myself are left scratching our heads pointing to the Reaper Kid and his array of contradictions. People like myself spent hours upon hours lost in thought about how any of this makes sense but could never find an answer. If Casey Hudson walked in tomorrow and said on Twitter that "Reaper Kid is in fact Harbinger: Go speculate" it would be a bigger opiate than heroin for me. Some people find their emotional attachment to be the biggest problem but I know I'm not alone when I say that all I want is a goddamn answer to what the hell was going on at the end.

Meh. BSN can go implode for all I care; I've only ever wandered over there a couple of times, following links posted here.

I like to think of internet forums as sandboxes. The BSN sandbox happens to be full of cat turds and five-year-olds throwing sand in each others' faces, so it's not one I want to play in. Our sandbox here, while not exactly pristine, tends to be populated by relatively mature kids helping each other build sand castles, and any feces that materialize are appropriately tossed out with due haste. Easy choice. Avoid the crappy sandbox and come play with the cool kids ;)
