    around 11 minute mark he's got a great piece on EA its self.

    On the used game market - and how studios trying to take away your rights; at least in the states ;)
    He also talks about ME3 and how we have power - minute 36ish.....:D

    That is a great video!

    It doesn't only apply to the US (except for the legal references). A lot of the developers/publishers are based in the US so the same business model is applied worldwide. Even if they aren't, the lure of money won't turn them away from adopting the model.

    I agree with him wholeheartedly, we have to stand up for ourselves if we want to reform the industry.
