to make it a bit more concise for those who don't want to read through all the random stuff... (quoting Henioo on BSN)

It just all seems very random. First, there is the ending congratulations screen, then some descriptions of classes and weapons, then some dialogue, again more descrptions. Hmmm..

These things I found interesting in the presented file:

Here someone is talking about finding some kind of dig. Maybe the Leviathan Reaper is there? We see Ann Bryson being mentioned.

    <data>We have located Ann Bryson's dig site.</data>
    <data>We have located Garneau.</data>

<data>There is no sign of Ann Bryson in this system.</data>

<data>Garneau is not located in this system.</data>

<data>These coordinates match our trace of Leviathan.</data>

<data>No sign of Leviathan at these coordinates.</data>

Now, this is interesting. A DLC producer. It may be about the MP DLCs, but you never know.

    <data>DLC Producer</data> </string>

So, some kind of a mine. Someone was secretly studying the Reaper, with help of mercenaries?

<data>My sources told me the production numbers were wrong at that mining facility.</data>

<data>I assumed they were just smuggling red sand. I never took the time to look closer.</data>

<data>Too much intel, too many places for secrets to hide. I'm going to have to start sleeping less.</data>

This sound definitely like a Liara dialogue. So, we're gonna save some doctor from a dig, or a dig inside of a mine, to be precise.

<data>What is it with you and rescuing scientists from dig sites that have been overrun by
    hostile forces?</data>

<data>If you decide to help her take down the Shadow Broker, I'm going to be jealous. And somewhat concerned. </data>
    <data>Not that I'm complaining, mind you.</data>

Another Liara dialogue. Or more like romanced Liara dialogue. She's afraid of Shepard becoming indocrinated and apparently Shepard talked to Leviathan, on his/her own, because Liara is glad s/he managed to come back.

<data>I'm glad you made it back... and I'd appreciate it if you avoided talking to Leviathan any further.</data>

<data>I don't want any tentacled creature inside your mind... except me.</data>
<data>I can only imagine talking to something so huge, so... alien. I hope it helps against the Reapers.</data>

Indocrinated presence detected. Talking about Feros, it's gotta be Liara, Garrus, Tali, or VS.

<data>That mining facility... everyone there under Leviathan's control. It reminded me of Feros.</data>

<data>That mining facility... all those people, indoctrinated, losing ten years. I can't even imagine what that's like.</data>

<data>How many other people out there are trapped like that? We need to find Leviathan.</data>

So, the Reapers are also looking for Leviathan. And Ann Bryson will disappear for a while. Indocrinated?

<data>I'm glad Ann Bryson got out safely. I just hope we find Leviathan before the Reapers do.

    Wherever Shepard goes, it's down.

    <data>I thought I'd lost you down there.</data>

    Yup, this Reaper kills Reapers.

<data>Don't do that again, not even to forge an alliance with a damned Reaper-killer.</data>
    Another romanced companion dialogue.
    <data>You're worth more than that.</data>

And we gain Leviathan as War Assets. Ta-dah!

<data>So we have Leviathan. I hope it stays on our side.</data>

EDI about Leviathan's restrains. Who restrained it?

<data>Leviathan's mental restraints are odd. My AI shackles served similar purposes, but why add sensations of darkness or cold?</data>

<data>I have formulated a psych profile for Dr. Ann Bryson. She is not used to death, but she may be quite capable under stress.</data>

Probably another EDI line about how Reapers do make mistakes.

<data>So the Reapers did not fully exterminate their creators. That suggests they are fallible, even on large or long-term scales.</data>

Looks like either a James or Garrus line. And Ann's dad's gonna die.
<data>Watching you break the news to Ann about her dad... I gotta say, that was rough.</data>
Another line about the same thing, but said by someone else. Kind of Tali-like. EDi wouldn't say "dad", and Liara wouldn't go for "break the news".

<data>I heard you had to break the news to Ann about her dad. I'm sorry, Shepard.</data>

Looks like another Tali line, or Garrus.

<data>It's so brutal what happened to him. I can't imagine what she's going through.</data>

Looks like we get to learn more of Reaper origin, but someone doesn't like it. And apparently, Shepard is in danger while trying to learn this. No idea who says it. Looks like James. The "put down". Garrus would say something like "eliminated".

<data>You took a huge risk down there. Almost died to figure this out.</data>

<data>I've been thinking about what we learned, Shepard. The thing is, I don't really care what the Reapers are or where they're from.</data>

<data>They're monsters that need to be put down. That's all I need to know.</data>

Looks like one of the companions will catch a glimpse of Leviathan or what transpired between it and Shepard.

    <data>I can't believe what I saw down there.</data>
    </string>

Looks like something mind-y's about to go down. Maybe we'll get inside of someone else's mind, or it'll control Shepard's body?

<data>This Leviathan thing can just kick you out of your own head?</data>

<data>I don't know what's worse: killing people outright, or making them suffer like that. </data>

So, there's some kind of asteroid. Maybe the dig is on an asteroid?

<data>Strange stuff back on that asteroid. We've seen indoctrination before, but ten years? Leviathan had its own private army.</data>

<data>You've got to wonder how much longer that would have lasted if we hadn't come along.</data>

<data>Just when I thought we were getting a handle on Reapers, this happens. Maybe Leviathan's more than a bull's-eye?</data>

Looks like a romanced Garrus line.

<data>Shepard. I admit I was worried about you on that dig site. Things got pretty hectic. Not used to feeling like that, you know. </data>

<data>That's what love does. Turns a guy like me into a nervous wreck with something to lose
and the aim to make sure he doesn't. Nobody better hurt you, is all I'm saying.</data>

<data>I can handle the Reapers that run around, or the ones that crawl, or the ones that... shuffle menacingly toward you. But it's the flying ones that give me the creeps.</data>

Another Garrus line? And we're getting answers? Sweet.

<data>Shepard, I looked over your mission report. Gotta say, it feels like we've been after these Reapers forever...</data> <data>From Sovereign to Leviathan... they've been a pain in the ass the whole time. But at least we're starting to see the big picture.</data>

<string> <data>Never really thought we'd get any answers. It doesn't change much, but it does make
this war feel a whole lot bigger.</data>

A Javik line, if I ever heard one. And another mention of an asteroid.

<data>I saw many strange things in our war against the Reapers. An entire settlement of Densorin
were once studying things far beyond their knowledge.</data>

<data>Celestial mechanics, morphological simulations of galactic language... things even we didn't understand. At the time, I thought they were crazy.</data>

<data>But now, after what occurred on that asteroid, I wonder.</data>

Another Javik line. And this Reaper does kill other Reapers. I wonder if it's a Sovereign-class reaper.

<data>If Leviathan is a defector--a Reaper that broke away from the others--then it is also a traitor.</data>

<data>And traitors are never to be trusted, even among the enemy.</data>

<data>If they can betray their own kind, imagine what they can do to you.</data>

Again a Javik line. And again an abyss. So, it is a digsite located in a hole in a mine on an asteroid.
And apparently the indocrinated people will be the same as Dr Kenson people. A sect dedicated to Reapers.

    <data>I have studied your
human religions, Commander--your "Devil" and his fall. Leviathan and
its kind deserve the same fate.</data>

<data>They once unleashed a plague that has haunted all of our history to this day.</data>

<data>I say their own hell is the abyss you found them in... one I hope they never escape from.</data>

So, it's a mining colony, now. Some kind of artifact, and it's destroyed by Reapers. Maybe it allows one to control them or something?

<data>The mining colony was completely brainwashed, and the Reapers retreat the moment the artifact is destroyed?</data>

    <data>I don't know what's going on, but I know I don't like it.</data>

Another romance line. Probably before Shepard jumps down the hole.

    <data>Promise me you'll be careful, okay?</data>

Looks like a conversation between Vega and Cortez. And there's Harvesters.

<data>If another Harvester keeps me from dropping you off in the target LZ, so help me...</data>

<data>Esteban, don't let those oversized roaches push you around.</data>

<data>Mr. Vega, taking on a sky full of worm-necks in a troop transport is like sending you against the Earth invasion armed with brass knuckles.</data>
    <data>What? You don't think I could do it?</data>

    Again, Shepard's solo mission.

<data>Can't say I was happy sending you down in that submersible by yourself.</data>

Now, who would want to have sex in a digsite? Looks like Garrus to me, but I'm not sure.

    Anyway, ancient aliens. Hell Yeah!

<data>Wish I could have been with you, but if we were together in that tight space... never mind.</data>

<data>Don't know why I ever worry about you. Take on ancient aliens from the deep? Sure, no problem.</data>

So, have they been in stasis for 10 years or something? And looks like a Vega line.

<data>That asteroid facility was messed up.</data>
<data>Ten years of your life, just gone. You're working out there, sending letters to your family back home...</data>

<data>Then you wake up, and your hair's gone, your kid's in college, and your six-pack has
turned into a keg. Just messed up.</data>

Again the Harvesters are mentioned. James line?

    <data>I don't know the
scientific measurement of a ****-load, but that seemed like a ****-load
    of harvesters.</data>

Again the final objective being acquiring Leviathan's help.

<data>With the Leviathan on our side, maybe we pull this thing off after all.</data>

And we get to decide the scientist's fate.

<data>Too bad Ann never got to see her dad's work pay off.</data>

<data>At least Ann's still around to see her dad's work finally pay off.</data>

    A Shepard line?

    <data>Maybe, James.</data>

Now, these look like the one-liners the companions say when you click on them. Maybe all of the companions will be somewhere and you can have a conversation with them or something, and after you're done, they'll be saying this.

    <data>Hey, Commander.</data>
    <data>Hello, Shepard.</data>
    <data>Good to see you.</data>
    <data>Maybe later?</data>
    <data>Later.</data>
    <data>Another time, maybe?</data>

So, these people get to come back to normal.

<data>Have you ever seen anything like that, Shepard?</data>
<data>It feels good to help those people get their lives back. Ten years is a lot of lost time.</data>

<data>Let's make sure that we never let time just slip by us, okay?</data>

Doesn't look like any of the companions. Maybe someone on-site.

<data>So a Reaper goes rogue and kills one of its own. That's what we're looking at here, right?</data>

<data>Bryson really was onto something big. Amazing.</data>
<data>A lot of smart people in this galaxy. I'm a lucky guy to work with so many of 'em.</data>

Cortez line? Oh, and there's gonna be stunts.

<data>You scare the hell out of me with those risky stunts, Shepard, but I guess it's also part of what I love about you.</data>

<data>Nice to have everyone back on dry land, so to speak.</data>

<data>You know, whenever we discover something amazing like that, I wonder what else might be out
there... or even right under our noses.</data>

EDIT: Crap, ninja'ed. Oh well, this stays anyways.
Does this, or a variation of this, appear in the game? This is from one of the inactive dialogue files, one that contains mostly only versions of Starchild dialogue.

    Also, that "new DLC stuff":

    Show Spoiler

That's Liara speaking. I know because...
    Oh, and also there's this:
Jesus H. Christ on a pogo-stick, who writes that stuff?

As usual, no account for playthroughs that recruited Liara after relevant ME1 mission up to and including Virmire. Lazyyyy.

I'm not gonna post the WHOLE text, I'll just add the script dump as an attachment. Juicier bits:

    EDI pipes in:
Dunno who says this, but, as per the ME3 tradition, it's valid criticism agains the EC:
    Any guesses who this is?
    SUBMERSIBLE!!!!!!!1!11

    Hmmm. I wonder.

Attachment contains the Leviathan script dump as-is, no omissions or modifications.

I'm glad to see that this really is there and it isn't just a mass hallucination... if it were I think Bioware may have figured out the secrets of indoctrination (which I might use to justify why some people were happy with the still terrible ending).

Having said that though... something that I have been seeing a lot of... is people speculating that future DLC will also have an additional impact on the ending... I.e. if this ultimtely proves to be legitimate, the ending may get a massive overhaul of you do this mission. I personally find it totally understanded to make a happy ending pertinent upon a DLC but I think most would appreciate the fact that they could at least youtube it... and even those whom seem to still be loyal to Bioware often claim that the ending left a lot to be desire. Perhaps that was their plan all along?

Nice finds you guys. However, if it's DLC that takes place before the ending then I really, honestly couldn't give a flying monkey [REDACTED - as @Noelemahc would say]. More war assets that go on a list somewhere, we'll never see in action and play little to no role in anything? Hooray! Unless the DLC gives me access to a 'eff you Starchild' conventional winning ending option, I'm not interested as all roads pre-Priority Earth inevitably lead to the Starchild and his crap choices anyway.

Iteratively adding ending options with piecemeal paid DLC? Sort of a dick move, don't'cha think? Then again, every single PR decision made post-November-Leak was a dick move...
I've been re-reading the SCP Foundation archives and it shows. Looking for fanfic inspirations, formed quite a few plot bunnies for post-ending fanfiction. One, formulated two days ago, blossomed out from a scene of two random Alliance troopers (sitting on an Omaha-class* ship sent to investigate the point-wherein-the-Reapers-entered-from-Dark-Space) discussing how everybody treats Shepard as some sort of messiah, while neither of them even knows what gender Shepard is or what their first name is. Which oddly makes sense seeing how the EC handles Shepard's non-importance in the fate of the galaxy. "Yah, there was some dude who united the quarians and geth... What did he look like? How would I know? You humans are all fleshy meatbags, I can't tell you apart.--KZZRT--"

    _____________
    * - As per my headcanon ending, the Omaha is a Normandy-class frigate outfitted with a Reaper Drive core in place of a Tantalus Drive core. Hence, Omaha-class, since the Omaha itself becomes Shepard's new ship. It doesn't FTL, it Starbursts. Why? Because frell you, that's why.

Definitely a dick move but if they made an ending that resembled something I could live with I'd still pay for it. If right now they released an IT ending DLC or a 'reject Starchild conventional victory' DLC, I'd pay for it. I'd hate myself, but I'd buy them.

Can some of you enlighten me as to what this "DLC"' is supposed to entail?
I just can't seem to wrap my head around it.
What I got is that there was/is a Reaper (Leviathan) that was/is not under the Starbrat's control and had/has a will of its own. Is that correct so far?
But....that invalidates everything they tried to shove down our throats in the ending. Doesn't that leave even more plotholes or am I missing critical information here?

I'm sorry if I sound a bit dense right now but I blame this on lack of sleep. :cautious:

Shep and Co mosey off to some sort of mining colony that is surrounded by an abnormal thickness of Reaper forces, where they discover that the entire populace is indoctrinated to the final phase of losing their own minds entirely. They're apparently run by Leviathan - whether it's a Reaper or a Cuttlefish (aka Reaper-Creator) isn't really clear - who was imprisoned there for some reason and when the miners mined close enough, reached out to their brains.

Depending on how you handle this, you can either kill or recruit (as WA) Leviathan and kill or recruit (ditto) the woman researching what the heck he is. Saving the colonists is optional. Basically, it's Feros all over again, with a Reaper in place of the Thorian.

    Sound direction fun:

Not sure if this is how it is in the vanilla game, but the Starchild's voice is the Dead Earth Boy's (also the Stargazer Grandson's) voice in the center with BroShep's voice in the right channel and SisShep's voice in the left. GLORY TO THE MANY.

Synthesis features EDI's voiceover, sure. But did you notice that as the scene goes on, she starts lapsing in and out of cyberspeak into normal human speech and back, and the farther you go, the more human she sounds? I actually shed a lone tear when Tali noticed she's trying to cry and hugged her at the cenotaph scene. So yeah, emotional closure, I nearly has it. For Synthesis only, though.

Control... holy frak, FemShep is scarier than SHODAN. Why? SHODAN tried to fake emotions in SS1 and genuinely had them in SS2 ("Are you afraid? What is it you fear?" in her intro speech are actually empathic; plus she DID fake a human voice when talking to you earlier). ReaperFemShep is as emotional as a scalpel, and equally frightening. ReaperDudeShep, conversely, is EXACTLY like XERXES. He's not totally unemotional, there is emphasis on words in some of his lines, but he completely and utterly doesn't CARE.
(Also, some of the files are duplicated, presenting Shep's lines either fully-robotic or, similar to EDI, half-human half-robot. Weird)

The EC contains LOTS OF NEW LINES for the Nightmare scenes, many of which I have not heard before in the MAIN game. Sifting them out to be separate, however, may take a crapload of time.

The EC's files also needlessly contain LOTS of random lines from the main game (thus far - Tali's entire monologue on Rannoch Peace you hear after finishing Rannoch, for example; all the versions of Adams's shielding improvement project for the Normandy, most of Hackett's post-mission debriefings, etc, etc). I will later check whether that means they were changed... but since those lines ARE NOT in the TLK file, I assume they weren't. Maybe re-recorded for some other reason?

It was already in the original game as some people here and at the BSN found out. It was also mentioned in some of the IT videos IIRC.

And yes, Renegade FemShep in Control is scary and sounded like a megalomanic madwoman...I liked it :sneaky: (even if I don't like Control)

Now that I've read over the dialogue stats for Leviathan, it occurs to me that this could give new hope to us IT supporters. Going onto a planet where everyone is indoctrinated? Depending on just how early you can access this DLC....mehhhh.....why get my hopes up again? :(

That "DLC PRODUCER" tag might well be the ciphered message of the team that Casey's Head is on danger. And he will not survive there until the release, and we can always hope that a new producer will put the second variation of the fourth end.
Come on, I deployed over 8000 assets. Those people with Multiplayer Ratings of 4000 deliver what? Over 10000? And yet the overwhelming numbers you build are just ignored after it hits the 3100 threshold.

Here it is: the much-contested "SAVE US/SERVE US" line from Harbinger. Also, remember how some say they heard him say "your friends are dead"/"your friends left you" and some did not? That's because there's TWO versions of that file in the DLC, one with the line and one without. Knock yourselves out.

EDIT1: It's been proven that the Tuchanka Reaper makes the same sound even without the EC.
EDIT2: It's been Jossed. Priestly passed on words from the devs that it is merely a sound effect and Harbinger officially has zero lines in the game.

Nice catch as always Noel (I know your name is Chameleon backwards but can I call you Noel for short? It's easier to type :p).

I can hear the 'serve us/save us' line near the end of each sound clip (sounds more like 'serve' than 'save' to me) but the friends bit is a stretch for me. Weird that there's two sound clips for the same scene though.

Sure, that's the default option, actually.
Not weird, normal practice - they add both into the file, toggle the summon script to see which works better, then leave the better one on and leave the other lying around as it's not that heavy to be a bother.

F.e. there's more than just Para/Rene versions of Shep's speech in Control - some of them have the same "robot-to-human-and-back" effect like EDI's speech in Synthesis, and some don't. OR the choice might depend on whether your LI was in the squad you took on the final run with you.
