    Yes to post in most or maybe even all of the ME3 forums you have to own the game. Anyone can be a member of the BSN but if you want to post in a specific games forum you have to own the game.

    What's worse is that a BSN ban is still equal to an EA-Network-wide ban, IIRC, which includes an Origin ban, which includes all the current always-on-DRM games.
