So... I'm a geek. Here's the Eris Interior layout. Obviously BR = Bedroom. The small rooms off the Bedrooms are the Bathrooms, and the double hashlines are the doors. If a double hashline goes straight out to the hallways, it can be assumed to be a closet, or a computer terminal or something similar. Bedrooms are roughly 15 x 15 (a sample layout will be below) I did a rough mockup of the layout for the Kitchens and Rec Rooms too - though I'm not sure I got the sizing exactly right. Just use it as an idea of what my brain is seeing.
The two greyed out rooms on the lower floor are slightly off scale, one is sized up, for better comfort for Elcor, or Krogan guests - while the other is sized down for the comfort of Volus guests.
The following picture is my funny little mockup of the ship.
And now we have the layout pictures....
Bedroom - The Bedroom layouts may be a little variable, depending on where the bathroom doors are - but in this one I included an L shaped desk, bookshelf with sitting area, Armoire closet, Queen size bed, and some simple decorations.
Rec Room - The 6 top table is a poker table, and the large rectangle table is a pool table. There's also the sofa and more bookshelves, the bar area, and some bar stools, as well as a cabinet for the pool supplies, cards, and poker chips.
Kitchen - This one is the bigger of the two - which is the aft, lower level kitchen (off the Rec Room). The Kitchen on the upper floor is a smaller kitchen that has a bistro table and a bar for eating. It'd look like a place more likely to serve one person - where the lower Kitchen would be better suited for guests or functions.
The larger green table in here would also be a good place for war room functions - and I imagine it does have leaves on either side of the table so it can be expanded if everyone needed to sit together for some reason.
